How This Works

Free Rental Pre-Screening — this form. No payment, no SSN/ITIN, no credit check, no criminal background check. Just enough for us to see whether the home looks like a fit before either of us spends more time or money on it.
Formal screening — only if we invite you. $37.95 per adult.This is where we verify income and run the credit, criminal and eviction checks, through our screening provider, Tenant Verification Service, Inc. (TVS). TVS collects that $37.95-per-adult fee directly from you -- we don't separately charge you for the same screening.If you're approved and sign a lease, we credit your actual TVS cost toward your first month's rent.There's no paid screening required just to tour the home -- see below.
