Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site — a cleaning quote request, a rental application, or general contact — we collect the information you provide. For a cleaning quote, that includes your name, contact information, property details, and service preferences. For a rental application, that includes the information described on the application itself (contact and address history, employment, proposed occupants, and similar details) — this site's rental application does not collect your Social Security Number, ITIN, or any payment information.
How we use it
We use submitted information only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your application, or provide the service you requested. We do not sell your information.
How we store it
Submitted information is stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure and is accessible only to Davis Ventures through a password-protected admin dashboard.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited, approximate location (city/region level, not a precise address), device and browser type, how visitors arrive at the site, and whether a visit results in a submitted cleaning quote, laundry quote, or rental application. Google Analytics does not identify visitors by name; it does not receive the actual contents of any form you submit (your name, contact information, or application details are stored separately — see "How we store it" above — not sent to Google). You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Third parties
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions may also be relayed through Resend, an email-delivery service, so that Davis Ventures is notified of new inquiries. This site also uses Google Analytics (see "Analytics" above) to measure traffic and site usage. Submitted form data is not shared with Google; Cloudflare and Resend do not use your information for their own purposes — they process it only to operate this site.
