About Davis Ventures

I'm Jenna, the founder and owner of Davis Ventures and the person behind Hlavinka Cleaning Services. Before Davis Ventures became what it is today, it started with something much simpler: me building a cleaning business of my own.

I started Hlavinka Cleaning Services and spent the next few years building it through real, hands-on work. Cleaning homes and businesses taught me a lot about what it actually takes to earn someone's trust, keep customers happy, stay dependable, and build a reputation one job at a time. There wasn't some huge business plan behind it in the beginning. I saw an opportunity to build something for myself and my family, and I went after it.

Over time, the cleaning business became more than just a source of work. It showed me that we could create something of our own, grow it, learn from it, and use what we were building as a foundation for something bigger.

That foundation eventually became Davis Ventures.

Today, Hlavinka Cleaning Services is still an important part of what we do, and I remain closely involved in the business and the relationships we've built through it. At the same time, Carson and I have started opening the door to new opportunities, including our residential rental operations and other ventures that we believe make sense for our family and the future of the company.

Carson and I make the major decisions together. We bring different strengths to the table, and I think that has become one of the most important parts of how we build. We talk through ideas, challenge each other when we need to, figure things out as we go, and keep pushing toward something bigger than what either of us could build alone.

I don't want Davis Ventures to become a company that grows just for the sake of saying it grew. I want the businesses under it to be things we're proud to put our names behind. That means treating people well, doing what we say we're going to do, learning when something doesn't work, and never getting so focused on the next opportunity that we forget what allowed us to get there in the first place.

For me, Davis Ventures represents how far we've already come and how much we still have left to build. What began as my cleaning business has grown into something Carson and I are shaping together for our family. We may not know exactly what every future venture will look like yet, and that's okay. We know why we're building it: to create more opportunities, more stability, and something lasting that our kids can someday be proud to say their parents built together.

I'm Carson, President and Chief Operating Officer of Davis Ventures. My wife, Jenna, founded and owns the company, and from the beginning Davis Ventures has been something we've built together.

A big part of my role is taking an idea and figuring out how to actually make it work. I focus on operations, solving problems, improving the way we do things, and helping figure out where we want to take the company next.

Right now, that means working alongside Jenna to grow Hlavinka Cleaning Services, manage and improve our residential rental operations, and look for new business opportunities that make sense for us and what we're trying to build.

I've always been the kind of person who sees something and immediately starts thinking about how it could be done better. Sometimes that means fixing a small problem or finding a better way to handle something. Other times it means taking a completely new idea and seeing if we can turn it into something real.

Jenna and I make the major decisions together. We don't pretend to have everything figured out, and I don't think we need to. We're building this as we go, learning from what works and what doesn't, and trying to make good decisions that move us forward.

For me, Davis Ventures is more than just a business. It's something Jenna and I are building together for our family and our future. We want to create opportunities for ourselves, build something that lasts, and hopefully give our kids something they can look back on someday and be proud that their parents built together.
