Basic / Maintenance Cleaning
Regular upkeep cleaning for kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms — the standard choice for ongoing, recurring service. This covers everyday surfaces: countertops, sinks, mirrors, floors, and general tidying, without the deeper detail work of a full deep clean.
Deep Cleaning
A more thorough one-time or occasional clean, including baseboards, appliance exteriors, and detail work that a standard cleaning doesn’t cover. This is a good fit for a home that hasn’t had professional cleaning in a while, or before a special occasion.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
A full top-to-bottom clean timed around a move — the most comprehensive service, covering everything from inside cabinets to window tracks, meant to get a home genuinely move-in ready or help a departing tenant return a rental in its best possible condition.
